Our website is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

Shopify provides store, checkout, payment, security and account functionality. Shopify states that merchants using its services are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws and regulations that apply to their business, products and sales jurisdictions.

Our website is intended for customers aged 16 or over.

By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that:

Fragrance preferences are personal. We cannot guarantee that a fragrance will suit your individual taste, skin chemistry, expectations or preferences.

You are responsible for checking product details before placing an order.

5. Fragrance and product safety

Our products should be used only as intended.

You agree that you will:

  • read any product labels, warnings and instructions before use;
  • keep products away from children and pets;
  • avoid contact with eyes;
  • avoid use on irritated or broken skin;
  • stop using a product if irritation occurs;
  • store products safely, away from heat, flame or direct sunlight;
  • not ingest any fragrance or perfume product.

Perfume and fragrance products may contain alcohol and fragrance ingredients. If you have allergies, sensitivities, medical concerns or skin conditions, you should review the product information carefully and seek appropriate advice before use.

We do not collect or require health, allergy or medical information from customers.

6. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to buy the products in your basket.

After you place an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order where:

  • a product is unavailable;
  • there has been an error in price, description or availability;
  • payment is not authorised;
  • delivery is not available to your address;

Prices may change from time to time without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Product prices do not always include delivery charges. Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown during checkout before you place your order.

You are responsible for checking the total price, including delivery costs, before completing your purchase.

  • Shopify Payments;
  • Apple Pay;
  • Google Pay;
  • PayPal;
  • other payment methods made available through Shopify from time to time.

Payment must be authorised before we process or dispatch your order.

We do not store your full payment card details ourselves. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and/or the relevant payment provider.

Your use of third-party payment services may also be subject to their own terms, privacy policies and security processes.

9. Delivery areas

We currently deliver to:

  • Gibraltar;
  • the United Kingdom;
  • Spain.

Delivery options may include:

  • local courier;
  • DHL;
  • customer collection;
  • other delivery methods shown at checkout.

Available delivery methods and delivery charges may depend on your location, order size, product availability and the delivery service selected.

10. Delivery times

We will aim to deliver your order within the estimated delivery timeframe shown at checkout or communicated to you.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

Gibraltar OFT guidance states that, unless another delivery period has been agreed, delivery should be made without undue delay and within 30 days; if delivery is later than agreed in certain circumstances, consumers may have cancellation and refund rights.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • courier or postal service disruption;
  • customs or border delays;
  • incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
  • failed delivery attempts;
  • events outside our reasonable control.

11. Delivery information

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

We may share your name, address, telephone number, email address and delivery instructions with couriers or delivery providers where necessary to fulfil your order.

If a delivery fails because you provided incorrect or incomplete information, we may charge you for redelivery or deduct reasonable costs from any refund, where permitted by law.

12. Customer collection

If customer collection is available, you must collect your order from the location and within the timeframe we provide.

You may be asked to provide order confirmation or identification when collecting your order.

If you do not collect your order within a reasonable period, we may contact you to arrange collection, delivery or cancellation. Additional delivery or storage-related costs may apply where permitted by law.

13. Risk and ownership

The products become your responsibility once they have been delivered to the address you provided or collected by you.

Ownership of the products passes to you once we have received full payment and the products have been delivered or collected.

14. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your cancellation, return and refund rights depend on where you are located and the type and condition of the product.

Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights.

14-day cancellation right for online orders

For most online purchases, consumers usually have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

For goods, this period usually starts from the day you receive the goods. If your order is delivered in separate parts, the period usually starts from the day you receive the last item.

This is consistent with Gibraltar OFT distance-contract guidance and EU consumer guidance on online purchases.

How to cancel

  • your name;
  • order number;
  • contact details;
  • the product(s) you wish to cancel or return;
  • the reason for return, if you wish to provide one.

You do not have to use a specific cancellation form, but you must clearly tell us that you wish to cancel.

Returning goods after cancellation

If you cancel after receiving the goods, you must return them to us within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel.

Unless the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

You should return products securely packaged and, where possible, using a tracked delivery service.

Refunds after cancellation

Where you have a legal right to cancel, we will refund eligible payments within the required legal timeframe.

We may wait until we have received the goods back, or until you provide evidence that you have returned them, before issuing the refund.

Refunds will usually be made to the original payment method.

We may make a deduction from your refund if the goods have been handled more than necessary to inspect them, or if their value has been reduced by your handling.

Hygiene-sealed products

Some fragrance, perfume, cosmetic or personal-use products may be supplied sealed for hygiene or health protection reasons.

You may lose your right to cancel if you break or remove a hygiene or health protection seal after delivery.

Gibraltar OFT guidance lists goods where a health protection or hygiene seal has been broken as an example of goods where a consumer may not have the right to cancel.

This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

15. Faulty, damaged, incorrect or not-as-described products

If your product arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number and a description of the issue.

We may ask you to provide reasonable information to help us assess the issue. You have confirmed we do not normally require customers to provide photos of damaged items, but we may ask for additional details where reasonably necessary.

Where goods are faulty or not in conformity with the contract, consumers should not be required to pay the return cost. Gibraltar OFT guidance confirms that terms requiring consumers to pay return costs do not apply where goods are faulty or not in conformity with the contract.

Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, we may offer:

  • replacement;
  • repair, where appropriate;
  • refund;
  • another suitable resolution.

16. Exchanges

We may offer exchanges at our discretion, subject to product availability and the condition of the returned product.

Unless required by law, we are not obliged to exchange products because you changed your mind, disliked a scent, ordered the wrong item, or no longer want the product.

This does not affect your legal cancellation rights for eligible online purchases.

17. Promotions, discounts and offers

From time to time, we may offer discount codes, promotions or special offers.

Promotions may be subject to additional terms, including expiry dates, minimum spend requirements, product exclusions, usage limits or availability restrictions.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend promotions at any time, but this will not affect orders already accepted unless there has been misuse, fraud or a clear error.

Discount codes cannot usually be applied retrospectively after an order has been placed.

18. Product availability

All products are subject to availability.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may contact you to offer:

  • a refund;
  • a replacement product;
  • a delayed delivery;
  • another suitable option.

We are not obliged to supply unavailable products.

19. Customer accounts

You must contact us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

  • personal fragrance preferences, including where you dislike a scent after purchase.

Our total liability to you in connection with an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order, except where the law requires otherwise.

We are not responsible for failure or delay in performing our obligations where caused by events outside our reasonable control.

  • courier or postal delays;
  • customs or border disruption;

The Terms that apply to your order are the Terms in force at the time you place that order, unless a change is required by law or regulatory authority.

If we do not enforce any part of these Terms immediately, this does not mean we have waived our right to enforce it later.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Gibraltar.

If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, Spain or another jurisdiction, you may also have mandatory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.
